Donald James Stitt of Rossburn, MB passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the age of 94 years.
Don is survived by his wife, Avis; son, Mark (Kay) Stitt of Grande Prairie, AB; daughter, Cathy (Trevor) Stitt-Sorotsky of Brandon; grandchildren, Kendra Stitt, Braden (Katie Jacobson) Stitt, Hallee Sorotsky, Reid Sorotsky; brother, Keith (Audrey) Stitt of Port Alberni, BC; sister-in-law, Jean Edney of Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Rossburn Agri-Rec Centre with interment following in the Rossburn Municipal Cemetery Columbarium. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Rossburn Personal Care Home or the Rossburn Golf Club. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.raesfs.ca

Our condolences to your family I will have many memories of uncle Don one time I can remember when I as a kid age 6-7 locked him in the barn and I ran like the wind to the house so uncle Don would not catch me.
