With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Lucille (Lucy) Petkau (née Simard) a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend on October 28, 2024 at the age of 61.
A celebration of Lucille’s life will take place on November 16, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Followed by one last "I love Lucy" party on November 17, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Nicolett Inn to celebrate what would’ve been her 62nd birthday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Lucille's memory to the MS Society of Manitoba.
