It is with profound sorrow that our family announces the passing for Frank Wm. Filbert on November 6, 2024.
A formal obituary will precede a Celebration of Life to be held over the summer.
For those of you that wish, donation’s in Frank’s name may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.

Frank was such an incredible soul, kind, and well respected. I looked up to him for much experience and advice as a young cadet and our friendship carried into my adult years. I wish I had more time with him, as I'm sure so many do. He is missed deeply. My sincere condolences to Linda and family.
