We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of John Barbour on November 29, 2024, at the age of 89 at Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital and Care Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Balmoral Community Hall, Balmoral, Manitoba.

I remember with fondness as kids visiting my Mum and Dad's friends, "Auntie Flo and Uncle Johnny" as we called them and my sisters and I having lots of fun with Glen, Doug, Dale and Calvin. Flo was one of my Mum's bridesmaids and both were dear friends. I'm so happy I was able to take my Mum Margaret last year to visit with Flo and by our luck John was there at the same time. My condolences to everyone. Uncle John was always kind to this “city” girl when we visited. I still have a scar on my leg from chick wire when running where I shouldn’t but it was so fun!
