My truest condolences to Julia, Kristina, and Kristian. Hard to get my head around the fact that Dimitar is gone. Surreal. We spent a lot of time together with our other friend Nick. Lots of parties and so many fun times. Dimitar had a quick wit and excellent sense of humour. Some funny stories that put a smile on my face every time they come to mind. Dimitar liked speed and drove his bikes and cars with confidence. He probably would have done well racing on the race track. No stop signs, no speed limits now Dimitar. RIP. My condolences to the family. Dimitar was an acquaintance for more than 50 years, I heard of his death from Nick, who is still shaken by his loss. And yes his love of dogs, and bikes is legendary. - Posted by: Anita R Place (Friend) on: Dec 11, 2024

My old friend Dimitar. I have known him since we were in grade school in Stonewall, Manitoba. Our parents were friends. Dimitar was such a comedian and a really great friend. Our friendship went from grade school to young adults and our group of friends spent many hours laughing at his antics and stories. His love for animals and especially dogs was something I remember the most about him Rest well my friend. You will be missed. - Posted by: Donna King (Friend) on: Dec 09, 2024

The tragic and unexpected loss of our uncle is deeply painful and difficult to comprehend. Although my brother and I live in Europe, his presence in our life was always felt and those moments of connection will remain precious to us. My uncle was a unique and vibrant person, with passions that truly defined him. His dogs, his motorcycles, his cars brought him immense happiness. He lived life on his own terms surrounded by close friends and the things he loved, a reflection of who he was. We will miss Titi very much, but he will always live in our hearts. AWWW, it is sooo sad to see someone you used to Bike with back in the 70's and now has passed. I was just thinking of Dimitar the other day because I always used to bump into him in one of the Dollar Stores in Winnipeg and we'd stand there reminiscing about old times 'back in the day' when we used to drive our motorcycles (All Choppers) to the Bars in Winnipeg (when ALL the bars were open) dance, drink and then we'd go to "Nick the Greeks'' to party just about all night long-(Those WERE the days!). We'd talk about bikes and life and the last time we spoke he wasn't feeling so well, but, he just passed it off as "It'll pass!" Dimitar was solid and didn't give anyone any grief we ALWAYS had a GREAT time when all us guys were out and I am sorry to hear that he has passed and I'd like to offer my Sincere Condolences to his family. - Posted by: Billy Elliott (( Passed Biker Buddy! )) on: Dec 07, 2024
