Allan was a lifelong prankster who could never pass up the opportunity for a good scare. Marrying Sophie in 1965, Allan became a devoted husband, father, and later grandfather. He was a prominent member and volunteer in the community, receiving his life membership with the Kinsmen in 1984. Allan was also a member of the Ag society and Lions club in Teulon. There wasn’t a meeting he wasn’t enthusiastic about attending and if you need help with something, he was always willing to help. He enjoyed farming and dancing was an avid gardener and couldn’t say no to visiting over a game of cards. He loved going for drives through the country and driving the school bus, which he did for many years.

Allan was a friend for years. We lost touch when we moved to Regina and Medicine Hat. I was a Lundgren, parents were Axel and Ada. I remember when Allan and Sofie got married. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. - Posted by: Irene Peace (A school friend) on: Dec 14, 2024

Allan was my dad's cousin, and when I was younger we used to visit the homestead quite regularly, and have family reunions which Allen had hosted a couple of times. Allen would always talk about our family elations and was an encyclopedia of our heritage. On behalf of my brothers and sisters, we will miss you Allen, may you rest in peace. - Posted by: Howard Nore (Cousin) on: Dec 14, 2024
