Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • As we begin a new year, I am cognizant of how your life will now be a new chapter, Lynn. My condolences to you and your family. It has been an honour and a privilege to have known your family. You and Jim enhanced our life in so many ways and i will be forever grateful. The many memories of the fun we had together, playing bridge, camping and canoeing on an island, the many dinners we shared together as well as the support both Bill and I shared in the teaching of your children. The two of you demonstrated honesty and integrity for others to follow. Thank you. Never to be forgotten is Jim's work in enhancing his community. The beautiful memories you have of your life together will help sustain you in your loss. Sincerely, Del Hancock - Posted by: Del Hancock (friend) on: Jan 01, 2025

  • Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Burgess family. It was easy to see how "Mr. Burgess" was a "salt of the earth" man. He always had time for a friendly conversation with anyone and raised his children to be genuine, caring and community minded. - Posted by: Glenn Crook (Friend of family ) on: Dec 29, 2024
