It is with profound and utter heartbreak that we announce the peaceful passing of Jennifer Wood, December 24, 2024, while surrounded by her family.
Jennifer is survived by her husband Larry Solomon, children, Nathaniel and Lillian, her mother Sharyn and partner Richard, her father Eric and partner June and sister Monica.
Jennifer’s memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Memorial tributes may be sent to and live stream available at www.neilbardalfuneralhome.com
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jennifer L. Wood Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Jewish Foundation of Manitoba; https://www.jewishfoundation.org/ or 204.477.7520
The family wishes to express gratitude to all medical staff at CancerCare Manitoba, Health Sciences, St. Boniface, Victoria and Grace Hospitals responsible for providing care and comfort for Jennifer over the last 17 months while she endured through lymphoma.

Larry, Nathaniel & Lily, we are so very, very sorry to hear of Jenn’s passing. We feel so fortunate to have met you all at the Solomon/Kenville reunion a couple of years ago.
