It is with sadness we announce the passing of Jay on December 25, 2024.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations may be made in Jay’s honour to the Grace Hospital Foundation.
