HELEN BANEWSKI
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Helen Anna Banewski’s passing on January 21, 2025, at the St. Boniface General Hospital. She was the loving wife of her late husband, John Peter Banewski.
Helen is survived by her loving partner, Larry Ewing; children, John (Amanda), Steven and Christine; grandchildren, Nathan, Zackery and Jonah.
Helen was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be remembered for her strength, resiliency and courage. She left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Helen’s love and light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace.
To respect Helen’s wishes, an interment will be held for her immediate family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to CancerCare Manitoba.
