SUZANNE BARROW
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Suzanne Louise Barrow on January 20, 2025 at the Gimli Community Health Centre, with her husband George by her side.
She will also be dearly missed by her brother Ken; Goddaughter Katie; along with many nieces, nephews, step-children, step-grandchildren, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Louise; sister Donna and brothers, Tom and Don.
Suzanne’s first love was George but her art was a close second. She was born and raised in Winnipeg and she soon found her calling for painting and she was especially known for painting beautiful sky scenes.
Special thanks to the staff at the Gimli Community Health Centre for all the excellent care and compassion, especially Julie; also thank you to Jeff for going above and beyond helping with everything.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honour of Suzanne's wishes can be made to the kids art programs at Hidden Treasurers 1-40 Centre Street, Gimli, MB R0C 1B0.
A celebration of her life will be held in the spring of 2025.

Suzanne will be greatly missed but remembered through her art and by her family. I often look back on my memories spent out at Gimli with her and uncle George, visiting her house in Winnipeg, and talking on the phone catching up. Our deepest condolences and big hugs uncle George. - Posted by: Katie Kibsey (Heiland) (Neice/goddaughter) on: Feb 05, 2025
