Pete Kornelsen after 96 years died peacefully at the Misericordia Health Center February 3, 2025, and went to be with his Lord and Saviour.
In lieu of flowers you can donate to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
Viewing will be Friday, February 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Following viewing the burial will take place at 11:30 a.m.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at Westwood Community Church, 401 Westwood Drive, at 1:00 p.m. Friday February 14, 2025.

Pete was a long time Maple Leaf Construction employee who worked alongside my father. He was a dedicated guy who took a lot of pride in his work and helped build the work culture in the company.
