It is with heartbreak and sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Margaret Elizabeth (Betty) Wilcox on February 13, 2025, at the age of 84. She passed away at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg due to complications from cancer and atherosclerosis.
Embracing several roles throughout her life, Betty was proud of her many meaningful achievements and her positive influence on many lives.
She is survived by her sons Douglas (Wanda), Brian (Lisa) and her 4 grandchildren, Patrick (Calais), Stewart (Brittany), Daphne, and Jack. She will also be dearly missed by her brother (Robert) and sister-in-law (Raylene).
She was predeceased by her parents William and Margaret, her husband Al, and siblings, Bill and Barbara.
In accordance with Betty’s wishes a private interment will be held with family at Chapel Lawn Cemetery and no public service will be provided.
