Peacefully on March 12, 2025 at the age of 98, beloved Rita passed away at Grace Hospital from a sudden illness.
A Funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony Padua Church at 250 Burrin Avenue, Winnipeg, MB on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., with reception to follow at St. Anthony’s. Interment will take place at Glen Eden Funeral Home & Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

So sorry of hearing of Rita's passing. She was alway a delight when she came into the clinic. Rita was absolutely the most immaculatly dressed patient, perfect in every way and was so charming. Rita often told stories of her family and her love for them. I'm sure she will be greatly missed. Rita was a little firecracker. I'm so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember her quick smile and energetic personality. Whenever I walk by the house on Sinclair, I've wondered how she was doing.
