I worked with Ed in South area for many years. He was my Foreman. He was strict but fair. He had a great sense of humor. I recall many laughs with him. After he retired I stopped by his place a few times and he was always welcoming. My deepest Condolences to Sharon and his entire family. RIP Ed. Godspeed. - Posted by: David Merritt (Co worker) on: May 30, 2025

Ed was a wonderful friend and neighbor. He was always there to lend a helping hand. He and my husband Ed shared many adventures and some misadventures. Heartfelt condolences to Sharon and family - Posted by: Connie Clark (Friend) on: Apr 05, 2025

Our cousin Eddie was helpful and good natured. He would work long hours until after dark driving the truck delivering sugar beets from our family farm to the factory on Chevrier. May he rest in peace. Jerry Lannoo and Maria. - Posted by: Jerry Lannoo & Maria Anderson (Cousins of Eddie) on: Apr 04, 2025

Ed had been a long time family friend, preceding my closer involvement with Ed and Sharon, starting some 35ish years ago. Ed was a friend to pretty much everyone he encountered. His happy demeanor and unconditional willingness to help pretty much anyone who asked, (and even the many who didn't), was one of his most endearing qualities! His love for Sharon and his family was always evident! Going to miss him calling Sharon "Darling", because he always meant it. Also going to miss his infectious laugh. I'll bet he's up there joking and sharing a laugh with his good buddy Gil! My sincere condolences to you Sharon, and the rest of the family. - Posted by: Robert Vouriot (Friend) on: Mar 31, 2025

I knew Ed as an Operator and then working alongside with me as a Foreman and Ed was one of those top notch people who made my day, my job a whole lot easier to do. Whenever there was a Snow Storm, Steaming in Spring, or a call out for an Emergency Ed would never turn me down, no matter what day it was, or what time it was he would say Brian I'll be there in 15 and so my Question like the singer George Jones would sing "whose going to fill those shoes " Rest in peace my friend as you earned it! - Posted by: Brian Graham (Co-worker) on: Mar 30, 2025
