It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of James David Logan who passed away peacefully with his family by his side.
Predeceased by his parents, James and Marjorie Logan, grandparents David and Mary Logan, and first wife Kathleen.
Survived by wife Myra, daughter Kelly (Teresa), son Jamie (Lisa), grandsons Kyle and Ryan, stepchildren Anita Posaluko (Sean), David Posaluko (Heather), Steven Posaluko (Lana), step-granddaughters Leah and Allie, sister Joan Jordan of Calgary, AB and Darlene Corbett of Winnipeg, MB.
David was born in Portage la Prairie, MB on September 4, 1939. Member of Keystone Masonic Lodge, Past Master of King Edward Lodge and Past District Deputy Grand Master Scottish Rite, Past Thrice Puissant Grandmaster, received 33º in 2007. Consistory and holder of Master C. McDonald Medal for meritorious service, Past President of Khartum Temple Oriental Band, Member of Royal Order of Scotland.
Retired in 1996 from Canadian National Railways after 38 years or service - signals and communications.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in David’s memory to Scottish Rite Foundation, Salvation Army, Khartum Transportation Fund or a charity of your choice.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday May 30th at 11:00a.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of James David Logan, who left us on Thursday, May 8, at the St. Boniface Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. His presence brought light to our lives, and his absence leaves an immeasurable void in our hearts.
