• I was shocked to just now hear of Zdravka's passing. I worked with Zdravka when she first came to Great-West Life. She was such a sweet and caring soul and so easy to work with. I still remember how much she loved talking about her family, especially her daughters. She still has my deepest admiration for her courage and strength in how she came to Canada. • Dear Irena, Tatjana, and Slobodan, I am so very saddened to learn of your loss, your Mom and I were emailing as recently as early May. I first met Zdravka when I was 11 years old, in Sarajevo, she was a confident young lady with the energy to take on the world. Then my Dad informed us when you moved to Canada (with his cousin, Nada, your grandmother), and we have been in touch since then, sometimes in person when I was in Winnipeg, either on business or with my family, and often by email. Your Mom was a warm, loving person, I always enjoyed our conversations and staying in touch. Please accept condolences from my family, we will be thinking of you and your loss at this time.
