She was quickly promoted to Assistant Professor and then received a full time appointment in 2007 and tenure in 2008. She also spent 6 years as the Department of Psychology chair. Tammy loved her children and encouraged them to always follow their dreams, nurturing them and helping them pursue their passions. To the family, I will always remember giving Tammy piano lessons, as well as our short visits, usually at soccer season, in Nesbitt. I was always interested in her research regarding horses’ ability to count & understand the concept of quantity, & would eagerly await the next chapter in that research. She was a gentle kind soul who will be long remembered & truly missed. - Posted by: Liane Heinrichs (Neighbour) on: May 25, 2025
