March 17, 1929 – May 14, 2025

Helen was born in Point Douglas to Dymtro and Dora Babiniec, the only surviving daughter with five older brothers. Prior to her birth one sister and one brother passed away in infancy. Like her husband, Helen cherished community work which included the Kiwanis Club Ladies Auxiliary, Concordia Hospital Foundation, Share Christmas, Legion Branch 215, and John Black Church.

Her favourite past times were golfing, bowling, and most of all, travelling. She did these regularly with her husband Allen.

Alongside the immediate family she will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Brenda and Dennis (Carissa, Kevin) as well as David and Louise in Winnipeg.
