IRMA SPRATT
Irma, 98 years, beloved wife of the late Harold Spratt, mother of John, Rilla and Murray. Irma passed away at the Rideau Park Personal Care Home on May 31, 2025.
A celebration of Irma’s life will be held at a later date. Notification will be posted prior to the service.
In memory of Irma, donations may be made to the Elgin Community Fund c/o Brandon Area Community Foundation or to a charity of your choice.

"It's with great sadness that I learned about the passing of your Mother. My deepest condolences to your families. Little story I have about her. I worked at the personal care home Irma resided in. One day we had a Tea Party planned. We got out the various china cups and saucers for the event. I was setting up the table with napkin, cups and saucers. Irma was sitting by the table watching me. When I was finish, Irma called me over. She said “Bill you did a nice job but all the tea cup handles should face in the same direction.” Isn’t that sweet. She always called me Bill for some reason. Every time I see a cup and saucer I fondly think of her. I will cherish my many wonderful memories of Irma. Rest in Peace my friend Irma.
