Ronald Edward Gonty, beloved husband of Carolyn Gonty, of Brandon, Manitoba, passed away at Brandon Regional Health Centre Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the age of 80 years.
The funeral service will be held from Carscadden Funeral Chapel, Virden, Manitoba Friday, July 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Virden Cemetery. Viewing will be at the Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
For those who so desire, memorial tributes in memory of Ron may be made to Virden Pet Network, P.O. Box 925, Virden, MB R0M 2C0.

So sorry to hear of Ron’s passing. Condolences to Carolyn, family and friends. We had some good times as co-workers for Community Planning in Brandon. Ron always had a good joke or something funny to say. He could be grumpy at times but we all were. Always enjoyed a few beers especially at our Christmas suppers.
