Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJULIETTE COMEAU
Juliette Comeau passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the early hours of July 22, 2025.
She is survived by her daughters Janet (Ken) and Elaine (Doug); her sister Adrienne; her grandchildren Kristin (Michael), Lindsay (Joel), Kelsey (Marc), Brendan, and Camryn (Ryan); five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 30 years, Joseph-André (Perry); her longtime friend Emile; and her siblings Aurèle, Thérèse, Lucille, Lucienne, and Adrien.
Juliette was born and raised in Ste. Anne, Manitoba, the youngest of seven children of Joseph and Justine Neault. After spending time in various provinces, she and Perry eventually settled in Winnipeg to raise their family - though weekends often brought them back to Ste. Anne to be with loved ones.
She had a lifelong love of dancing with friends, and later in life, she took up bowling. Known affectionately as "Mémère," and later "GG," Juliette found her greatest joy in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Juliette was a kind and loving soul, always placing her family and friends above all else. Her warm personality naturally drew people to her, and she touched many lives with her generosity and gentle spirit. A person of strong Catholic faith, her beliefs provided her with strength and comfort throughout her life. Heaven has gained another angel.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the compassionate staff of the 2 East unit at Concordia Hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Ziomek for her exceptional care, kindness, and support during Juliette’s final days.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Juliette may be made to a charity of their choice.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at the Holy Family Catholic Church, 778 Archibald Street, Winnipeg, MB.
