My sincere condolences to Sheila and family on your loss. I remember when I would see Dave peddling his bicycle past our house on his daily survey of the neighbourhood. Dave was a very invested person. It meant so much when he and Sheila drove to Birtle for my dad’s funeral. That was the kind of guy he was they were neighbours of mine in Valley Gardens. Allan and Hugh walked to the first day of kindergarten together and later both be pipers and join Transcona and district pipe band. Dave thrived helping with dress and deportment phone books. Always ready. Rest my friend, love you. Debbie darling from the big bus. - Posted by: Debbie Armstrong (Family friend) on: Jul 26, 2025
