CONSTANCE (CONNIE) LEONA JOHNSON
With her trademark smile, warmth, and a twinkle in her eye, Connie passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, at her home, surrounded by the family she adored. She was 90 years young born February 11, 1935, in Winnipeg.
She is deeply missed by her daughters, Sandra (Darcy), Carla (Darren), and Kelly (Scott); her grandchildren, Kirstyn (Colin), Chelsea (Ian), Aly (Derek), Shae (Mady), Devon (Ashley), and Sean; her great-grandchildren, Rosie, Theo, Lincoln, Easton, and Lexi; her brother Ron (Diane) and special niece Jayda (Laz and Jensen).
She’s now joyfully reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Harold and her parents, Leona and Bert Chatfield who are probably already planning the welcome party along with her menagerie of pets who have passed before her.
A private family interment has been held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Winnipeg Humane Society in memory of Mom and Dad would be greatly appreciated.

Carla, Kelly, Sandra and families. Sending condolences on the loss of an amazing lady. Your mom was a truly lovely, lovely woman. You hit the nail on the head when you spoke of the twinkle in her eye - there truly was! Just a gem of a lady who welcomed us kidlets into her home with open arms, and great food - always looked forward to having cream with my cereal. Lots of fun on the bus trips, as well!
