BARRETT, Rolanda Marie (“Ro”) — Aged 82, of Winnipeg, passed away on October 15, 2025.
Born January 27, 1943, Ro will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the way she made others feel at home. She loved watching curling, years at the lake, cheering for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, travelling—and, most of all, her family.
Lovingly remembered by daughter Kim Antonation (Todd); son Kevin Barrett; granddaughters, Jordynn and Jayd Barrett; brother Derek Devlin (Bev); niece Amy Corkett (Adam) and their children Quentin and Finnley; nephew Michael Devlin and his children Rylann and Emersyn. Ro also had a special place in her heart for the family dogs, Sadie and Bella.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2025, at 603 Wellington Crescent at Academy Road (Unitarian Church).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society in Ro’s memory are appreciated.
