George Wiebe, 83, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, went to be with his Lord and Saviour on October 27, 2025 after a courageous battle with dementia.
George was born on March 10, 1942.
He is survived by his wife Kaye Klassen-Wiebe, daughter Jennifer (Paul) Doerksen, son Nathan Wiebe, stepchildren, Barbara (Bryan) Zirk, Catherine (David) Kolochuk, Gordon (Van) Klassen and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers, Albert, Henry, Helmut, Ed and Peter.
George was predeceased by his parents, Heinrich and Lydia, his stepmother Nettie, his first wife Lena, his grandson Ayden, and sister Annemarie.
A private interment will take place at a later date.
