Luella passed away peacefully after a short illness, on December 26, 2025 at the age of 81.
She was predeceased by her husband Ed, and son Jeff. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Darwin (Andrea); grandchildren Hannah and Caleb; daughter-in-law Brenda; sisters Florence Neufeld (Milton), Lynn Kehler (Ed), Zoe Boucher and by her extended family and close friends.
Luella will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother, whose greatest joys came from connection with friends and family, and whose spirit of adventure prompted her to say “yes” to every opportunity that came her way.
The family extends our gratitude to the WFPS, to the staff of HSC ED, GH7, and GB2 for their compassionate care, and to Shauna Hart from Spiritual Health.
A celebration of life will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg, on January 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
