RENE PRESCOTT

Sadly, with his family by his side, after a long courageous battle with cancer, Rene Prescott passed away on December 26, 2025 at 9:30 p.m. in St. Boniface Hospital at the age 77.

He is survived by his two sons, Joel and Richard, granddaughter Kiera and grandson Justice Gorin. He is predeceased by his parents, Rosaire and Corinne Prescott, his wife Pauline and his brothers, Robert and Gerrard Prescott. He will be dearly missed by his sisters, Anita (Frank), Helen (Alan), Marie and Lucy and his brother Ernie. He’ll be missed by his nephews and nieces, his good friend Lawrence and his many friends at Canada Post and in the plumbing trade. Cremation has taken place. You can come say goodbye to Rene on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at St. Bernadette Parish at 820 Cottonwood Road. As per Rene’s wishes, no coffee or lunch will be served.
