Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBONNIE FRANCES PERCHALUK
Bonnie Frances Perchaluk passed peacefully on December 30, 2025 at Fairview Personal Care Home in Brandon, Manitoba.
Bonnie was a much beloved, soft-hearted, generous and hard-working daughter, sister, aunt and dear friend. Born in Flin Flon in September, 1966, she experienced a joyful childhood enjoying her pets, picnicking and camping. The family moved to Brandon when Bonnie was ten years old. She graduated from Neelin High School in Brandon, helping her parents with their motel business and working at A&W before earning a Court Reporting Degree in Toronto. She worked as a court reporter for a time in Victoria, B.C. but missing family, she returned to Brandon. She worked at Fairview for over 20 years as a Health Care Aide, finding a great deal of personal fulfillment in delivering kind, conscientious care to residents. Bonnie was especially passionate about her love for dogs. She also loved swimming, movies, perfume and the Winnipeg Jets. Her favorite snack was Cheezies and coffee!
Bonnie was predeceased by her father Orest. She will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Frances of Brandon, brother Wade Perchaluk (Diane) of Brandon, sister Cathy Klassen (Jon) of Colorado and nieces and nephews Jenni-Lee Argue of Winnipeg, Tyler Perchaluk of Brandon, Jillian Nicola of Ohio, Isaiah Klassen of Virginia, and Jaclyn Klassen of Arkansas.
The family would especially like to thank the nurses and technicians at the Brandon Dialysis Clinic at the BRHC for their caring service for Bonnie in her last years, also the doctors and nurses at Brandon Regional Hospital, the drivers with Brandon Access Transit who took her safely to dialysis, and finally the kind, personal touch of the aides and nurses at Fairview Personal Care Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations towards Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
A Funeral Service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, Brandon, MB on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
