Number One Toronto Blue Jays fan, Phil Seymour, crossed home plate December 22, 2025, three weeks short of his 94th birthday.
He was predeceased by his wife Pauline and daughter Lisa in 2021. Phil leaves many family and friends with fond memories of his gentle good nature. Heartfelt gratitude to his Ontario family, Team Phil, staff and residents at Riverwood Square and Victoria Hospital 5 North for the care they showed Phil over the years and in his final days. Also a big thank you to Phil's Jays for coming so close in 2025. He was very proud of this extraordinary team!
A Come-and-Go Memorial Tea will be held in the Theatre at Riverwood Square (1778 Pembina Hwy) on January 14 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Folks are welcome to wear blue!
