Diedrich Buhler, age 86, of Niverville, MB., formerly of Winnipeg, MB., passed away peacefully with family by his side, Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB.
He is survived by his four children, Darlene (John), Randy (Kris), Richard (Cindy), Sherry (Mark), 11 grandchildren, their spouses and 18 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, his wife, and one brother-in-law.
He was predeceased by his parents, John and Nettie Buhler, wife Esther, six sisters and eight brothers.
The come and go viewing will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Morrow Gospel Church, 755 St. Anne's Road, Winnipeg, MB.
The memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Morrow Gospel Church, 755 St Anne's Road, Winnipeg, MB. Burial will take place prior to the service at Glen lawn Memorial Gardens, with procession starting from the church at 9:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Union Gospel Mission.
