It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Willie (Bill) Bergen, 88, on December 25, 2025 at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre after a short illness.
He was predeceased by his parents, Peter H. and Susana Bergen, one brother, Abe, and five sisters, Tina, Trudie, Margaret, Sara and Mary.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Tina; two sons, Les and Ann and Mike and Maryann; three daughters, Rhonda and Gary, Joanne and Cory, and Marcia; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Jake.
Funeral services were held on January 2, 2026 at Crossview Church in Steinbach with burial at the Heritage Cemetery.
