It is with deep sadness that our family announces that Joao (John) Campos Ferreira passed away suddenly yet peacefully on February 5, 2026 in the comfort of his home at the age of 76 years.
John is predeceased by his father Diamantino Moura Ferreira, his mother Maria da Gloria Campos, a sister and two brothers.
John is survived by his wife Grace; children, Paul (Connie), David (Jennifer) and Michael; and five grandchildren: Abigail, Elliot, Madelyn, Grayson and Reign. He also leaves behind four brothers and 15 nieces and nephews, as well as many great–nieces, great-nephews, and too many friends to mention.
Prayers will be held on February 20, 2026 at Cropo Funeral Home located at 1442 Main St. prayers commence at 7:00 p.m. followed by a small reception.
A funeral service will be held on February 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Service will be held at Immaculate Conception Perish located at 181 Austin St. N with Father Tiago.
Interment will follow at Saint Boniface Cemetery at 917 Archibald St.
