Anne Rempel passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at the age of 96 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Debbie Thiessen and Terry (Cheryl) Rempel. Anne was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren: Matthew (Brittney) Thiessen, Alicia Thiessen; Steven (Kenzi) Rempel, Lesley (Mark) Rautenbach; and Jamie (Corey) Keyes; and five great-grandchildren: Elena, Eli, Conor, Lyla, and Ellie.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Henry Rempel in 2022; and daughter-in-law Lorna Rempel in 2018.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Springstein Mennonite Church, 22 Victoria Rd., Springstein, MB.
Donations may be made to Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home.

Anne was such a blessing to me and many others here at Bethania. She re-introduced me to the hymn Pass Me Not O Gentle Savior and I would sing it to her often. She had a strong and beautiful faith and I was privileged to have heard her story. Jesus heard her "humble cry" and now she is resting.
