We would like to announce the passing of our father, John Clarence (Jack) Morrow on Monday, July 13, 2026 at the age of 90.
Dad was born on August 24, 1935 in the farming community of Pilot Mound, MB into a family of five children. As an adult, Dad made the pilgrimage into the big city of Winnipeg. It is at one of Dad's first jobs at Canada Packers where he first set eyes on Joyce Burnham, our Mom. After their wedding in 1957, they purchased a house on Coventry Road in the hamlet Charleswood where roots were set. Dad established Riverside Realty and spent his entire life involved in all facets of the real-estate business.
Dad loved sports. In the early years, he played fastball with Roblin Park and curled at the Charleswood Curling Club in the winter months. Later, he developed an interest in golf and enjoyed many years golfing with Eldon and the crew at St. Charles Country Club.
Left to celebrate Dad's life are his children, Brent (Shelley), Scott (Cindy) and Leigh. As well as grandchildren, Madison (Hudson), Morgan, Rileigh and Holden.
In Closing, Dad would want us to thank all of you who crossed paths will him throughout the years - friends, team mates, business associates. Cheers to you for helping to weave a fabric of a life well lived!
A private family service will be held at a later date.
