It is with extreme sadness that we need to announce the passing of Ruth Leone Harper (Ross/Hood) on July 17, 2026.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Ruth on August 7, at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2J 4J4.
