Dan passed away peacefully at River East Personal Care Home on August 11, 2026 at the age of 96. He is survived by his four children: Barbara (Victor), Barry, Lisa (Bruce), and Tammy (Jason); grandchildren, Chrissy, Evan, Aaron (Cassandra), Stephanie, Karen (Rob), Kent and great-grandchildren.
Dad was born in Lonesand, MB. He retired from CN Rail after 24 years. He did some travelling but liked staying close to home. He was a quiet man and he loved his family. He was a man of faith and went to Church every Sunday. He will be forever missed. A special thank you to the staff at River East Personal Care Home.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Green Acres Funeral Home, 1 Green Acres Lane, Navin, MB. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery in the Garden of Devotion.
