ANNIE TAYLOR McGEACHAN (nee MILNE) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Anne, on Sunday, October 31, 1999 at Selkirk and District General Hospital. Anne was born in Winnipeg on May 12, 1920. She was predeceased by her husband R. Fernie McGeachan in 1992; father in 1959, mother in 1992; sister-in-law Ruby in 1996 and brother-in-law Edwin McGeachan in 1998. She leaves to mourn her son John Fernie; two grandchildren, Michelle and Michael; four grandchildren in the United States; her brothers, William Milne and David Milne (Catherine) sisters, Susan Kellsey (Joe) and Helen Gibson (Bill) brother-in-law John McGeachan (Teresa) sisters-in-law Jean Zapski (Ziggy) and Beatrice McGeachan, also numerous nieces and nephews. Anne was a snowbird, spending winters in her home in Florida and the rest of year in Gimli. She loved to travel, play golf and did a lot of knitting for her family. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 9 at 4:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., entrance on Aubrey Street.
