EDWARD VOADEN WELSH BORN AUGUST 22, 1924 On November 4, 1999 at 2:00 p.m., Ted departed from Victoria General Hospital on a new adventure to a heavenly destination. He was a kind, gentle, loving husband, father, brother and friend, who will be deeply missed by wife Elaine; son Jim and Hiroko, Howard, Dot, Kay, Marion, Norma, John, Ellen, nieces, nephews, and friends. Ted served in the Canadian Navy in the Second World War. Ted was a machinist and retired C.N.R. 1986. Member of Mason Meridian Lodge #140 and Fort Garry Legion #90. Cremation and no service as per Ted's wishes. Many thanks to Unit 3 and Dr. Ian Maxwell. Elaine and family will be at home on Sunday, November 7, 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. to receive family and friends.
