Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONALD AMOS THOMPSON Donald Amos Thompson, passed away at the age of 79 years in Kelowna General Hospital on December 8, 1999. He is survived by his loving wife Doreen; one daughter Lynda Toker, one son-in-law Roland Toker; three grandchildren, Cory, Todd and Regan; also one granddaughter-in-law Krista; two great-grandchildren, Jared and Trendan, who was born four hours after his passing. Don was employed with Atomic Energy in Pinawa, MB and moved to Kelowna in 1994 where he and Doreen took up residence in Sunrise Village. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Heart Foundation in Dons memory would be appreciated. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 13 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sunrise Village Recreation Centre, 1260 Raymer Ave., Kelowna, with Rev. Charles Patterson officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to First Memorial Funeral Service, 250-762-2299.
