MURIEL VIOLET THOMPSON (nee HALE) Peacefully after a long illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Muriel Violet Thompson, on Tuesday, July 18, 2000 at the St. Boniface General Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 75 years. Muriel is survived by her son Steve; daughter-in-law; Doctor M.J. Willard; brothers, Bill of Aberdeen, Scotland and Ted and sister, Iris, both of London, England. A special thanks to Muriels doctors and M.J., who made it possible for her to have one more trip back home to England. Also, to the staff in Palliative Care at the St. Boniface General Hospital, their kindness has to be witnessed to be appreciated.
