JANET (JENNIE) TARRAWAY Mrs. Janet (Jennie) Tarraway passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 26, 2001 at the Centennial Special Care Home in Langenburg, SK. She was 95 years of age. Jennie was born on August 6, 1905 in Kittlingbourne, Lancashire, England to parents William Henry Gore and Margaret (nee Winders) Gore. They immigrated to Canada in 1914, and resided in the St. James area of Winnipeg, MB until 1971 when her and her husband, Harry, moved to Saskatchewan. A committal service will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Winnipeg, MB on Wednesday, May 2 at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Boulger officiating. Arrangements in care of Christie-Hill Funeral Chapel of Yorkton, SK.
