CHRISTINE LEVINA (DAWSON) HINDS, R.N. A memorial service will be held in loving memory of Christine Levina (Dawson) Hinds on Wednesday, August 1, 2001 at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with Rev. Joan Shanks officiating. The burial of Christines ashes will take place immediately following the service. Christine Dawson Hinds was a graduate of the Winnipeg General Hospital school of Nursing, Class of 1931. Christine died peacefully at her home in Roxboro, Quebec on April 24, 2001. She is survived by her devoted husband, Major Walter Hinds (Winnipeg Grenadiers) and her beloved daughter Joan Edith Shanks (John). Christine leaves behind three much treasured grandchildren, Paul, Penny and David Shanks. In lieu of flowers a donation to the charity of your choice is appreciated.
