BEVERLY MAY FILLMORE Beverly May Fillmore, formerly Peterson, died peacefully at Mount Sinai hospital on July 22, 2002 with her family by her side. She will be forever loved and greatly missed by her husband David, her daughter Christine and Christines partner, Mike Verissimo. Beverly was a loving sister-in-law to Carol Rogers and Cathleen Fillmore and a doting aunt to Richard, Eileen and Diane Rogers, Adam Dean and Damian Becerra. Daughter of Gunnar and Mary Peterson, Beverly was born in Piney, MB on April 2, 1937. She graduated from college in 1958 and after moving to Toronto worked for the SCM Bookroom for most of her adult life. She later worked at the Ryerson University Access Centre until her retirement two years ago. Beverly was a soprano in the Annex Singers choir and an active member of Bathurst Street United Church. Funeral services will be held at Trinity St. Pauls Church at 427 Bloor St. West on Saturday, July 27 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Bathurst Street United Church, 427 Bloor St. West, Toronto, M5S 1X7, would be greatly appreciated.
