NAN THORGRIMSSON Nan Thorgrimsson passed away with her loving family by her side on Thursday, February 13, 2003 at the age of 56 years at the Victoria Hospital. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by brother Freyr (Yonette) Thorgrimsson of BC; sister Linda Thorgrimsson of Winnipeg; daughter Colleen (Barry) Fisher of Barrhead, AB; sons, Scott (Jayne) Custance of Peace River, AB, Todd (Donna) Custance of Toronto, ON; grandchildren, Brant, Spencer, Harrison; and nieces and nephews, Kathy, Alicia, Michelle and Christopher. Nan was a loving mother, sister, aunt and grandma. She enjoyed cooking, especially Sunday dinners. Nan was an avid reader spending many hours immersed in books. She was employed with the Royal Bank of Canada for over 25 years. Nan will be sorely missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15 at 4:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nans memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9 or to a charity of ones choice.
