Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCATHERINE "KAE" TAYLOR On Sunday, February 1, 2004 Catherine "Kae" Taylor went peacefully to be with her Lord at the age of 92. She was born in Winnipeg on July 11, 1911. She is survived by two sons, Ross and his wife Janet of Niagara Falls, ON and Murray and his wife Beverly of London, ON; and former son-in-law Peter Clift of Nagano, Japan. She was predeceased in 1996 by her husband Cyril and in 1989 by her daughter Lois Clift. Kae is also survived by eight grandchildren, Jonathan and his wife Debbie, and Jason Taylor, Zachary, Tori and Nicholas Taylor, and Steve and his wife Josee, Robert and Scott Clift; and three great-grandchildren, Sabrina, Jessica and Alex Clift. Kae enjoyed 58 years of marriage until her husband Cyril passed away in 1996. She was a wonderful mother, homemaker, and volunteer through her church community. In her youth, Kae personally accepted the Lord Jesus as her Saviour. She went on to serve her Lord throughout her life. She was a longtime member of Arlington Street Gospel Chapel while she lived in Winnipeg and since 1998 of Byron Community Church in London. She lived an exemplary life of giving to others and making anyone feel welcome and encouraged by the time they spent with her. She had a special interest in missionary endeavours. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Grand Wood Park Retirement Residence in London for their great care of Mom and for their kindness and support. To accommodate family that are travelling, a memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 14 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., just west of the Perimeter Highway, Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to Faith Bible Camp, P.O. Box 42059, RPO Ferry Road, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3X7. A.
