Emily was born in High Bluff, MB, to Arthur and Annie Thorkelson. She attended Calvary Temple where she taught Sunday School for many yeas. Her health had declined rapidly recently. She is survived by her sister Wyn Rogers; brother Don; nephews, nieces and cousins. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 15e use east entrance. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Emilys honour t at 3:30 p.m. in the St. James Cemetery, 525 Tylehurst St. Pleaso Calvary Place Personal Care Home, 1325 Erin St., Winnipeg, MB R3E 3R6.
