Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BOB) TANACH Peacefully in his sleep, Bob Tanach passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital on February 8, 2005 at the age of 82 years. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Rose of 58 years; son Jeff (Brenda); brother Steve of Vancouver; sisters-in-law, Jean Pitura and Nell Hewitt; brothers-in-law, Nick Bihun and Emil Stogrin and numerous nieces, nephews and several cousins. Bob was predeceased by his parents; sisters, Olga and Jerry; brother Barny and niece Virginia. Bob joined the Air Force, going overseas for two and a half years. Upon his return in 1945, he started work with Winnipeg Hydro, retiring in 1983. Bob was a loving husband and father and loved to work in his garage, always fixing something. He also loved going away on short trips to Grand Forks and thoroughly enjoyed his long retirement. A very special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and also the VON Nurses that took very special care of him over the past few years. Cremation has taken place, and at his request, there will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Bob's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
